Shipping
We ship Australia-wide, with all orders packed and dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.
We offer a standard flat rate of $9.90 and $14.90 for express for standard parcels. 

The gift sets are classed as a medium parcel and will be charged a regular rate of $19.90 for standard delivery. 

Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking details. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, and 2-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Delivery in Perth Metro area can be arranged upon request. Please message us to arrange.

Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer free returns or change of mind returns.

We understand that choosing the right product can be challenging, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. While we’re unable to offer free returns, we’re always here to help guide you in selecting the best option for your needs. If you have any questions, please contact us. 

Should you wish to return an unopened item, you will need to contact us beforehand and pay for the shipping yourself. Once the order is received, we will review and from there assess a refund.
